Green & Wired Building Solutions
At Green & Wired, we build and renovate HOMES FOR A BETTER FUTURE. We offer a full array of building services: energy efficient new homes, home energy upgrades, and improvements to existing homes, including aging in place and ADA projects. President/owner Mark Stewartson has been building homes in the Central New Hampshire region for over 25 years.
We help our customers to live comfortably, save money on your utility bills, take full advantage of financial incentives, and reduce your carbon footprint. We provide the highest quality products and services; our customer focus is evident in our project customization. We help our clients to achieve individual sustainability by making informed, responsible and systematic decisions that optimize your home’s performance.
Our home base is in Loudon, New Hampshire. We primarily serve the Greater Concord NH area and the Lakes Region; we have satisfied customers throughout the state.

In the 25 years since putting up a single log cabin on tiny French’s Pond in Henniker, New Hampshire, GREEN & WIRED BUILDING SOLUTIONS president Mark Stewartson has built his HOMES FOR A BETTER FUTURE construction business based on a reputation of mutual trust and personal integrity.
Mark is an advocate for those with whom he works, becoming known for his dedication to not only the process, but to the people as well. “Building or renovating a house is a short-term project, but creating or re-creating a home is an endeavor for a lifetime. I don’t consider my work a success based on the smiles the day we finish a project, but on the smiles 5, 10 or 20 years down the road.” Mark is also a strong supporter of those customers who plan to age in place: “No one wants to give up their home, especially when it’s just due to the fact that their needs have changed and their home should support that – not to mention the expense of alternative living options.”
From those humble beginnings on French’s Pond, Mark began his building career as a foreman with a small building company, before developing his own clientele and ultimately starting his own business. That business, with a concentration on energy efficiency and “green” construction, has operated primarily in the Greater Concord NH area, but has included projects statewide as well as in Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts for several loyal customers.
Throughout his career, Mark’s commitment to fairness has helped him forge strong relationships with his clients, subcontractors, vendors, and financial partners including banks, appraisers and mortgage brokers.
Those relationships – combined with 25 years expertise building quality new homes and ENERGY EFFICIENT Remodeling – makes GREEN & WIRED BUILDING SOLUTIONS a truly turn-key operation emphasizing personalized customer service like no other home builder.
